使用本容器包裝危險貨物長途運輸時，務必執行《國際海運危險貨物还不够規則》補充本中《貨物運輸組ㄨ件(CTUs)的裝載指南》的各項∑規定：
1、靜態堆碼：堆碼高度Z多㊣ 可達三層。
2、動態堆碼：
a當灌裝物料密度□ 小於1.5ρ時，可以疊放兩層裝運；
b當灌裝物料密度大就是和擎天柱有关於1.5ρ時，只可以◣平放裝運。
3、運輸
3.1用本產品包裝危險化學品運輸時，一般應使用集裝●箱或廂式貨車運輸，采用20英尺和40英尺集裝々分別可裝20和40只(見圖2)；使●用普通載貨汽車運輸時，不得疊裝運輸，車廂的擋板不得低於桶容器的高度;運輸中應防止內容器發々生橫向或縱向的移☉動和撞擊，並→具備足夠的外部支撐;
3.2使只怕已经注定了用叉車裝卸噸桶時，必須確保貨叉與托盤的叉孔對齊，防止托盤、框架或內膽墨麒麟的人為破環;本噸桶為底部均載提升式，禁止其他任何方式的提升操作；
3.3噸桶再次使◥用時，在裝貨和交付∮運輸之前應進行認真檢查，以保證其沒有任何腐蝕、汙染及其他損環的現象▓，各附屬配件的功能正常;對檢驗不合格的進行整≡修，更換使用中已損》壞的部件，在進行修理後再次投入使用之前，需要進行滲漏試驗。
3.4在噸桶㊣灌裝和卸料時，必須遵九霄守本公司《噸桶使用說明》的各項規定，灌裝時液面上方應留有足夠的空】間，以保證看裝液的體積◢不超過噸桶總容置的98％;
3.5噸桶用於裝運閃點≤61℃的液體時，或用於裝運易發生粉生爆炸的粉末時，應采取防電的措施。

灌裝及儲存Filling and storage
打開ξ灌裝口封蓋，從頂部灌入液體。
Open filling port cap, fill the liquid from the top.
插入外徑≤140mm管灌裝，灌裝量至桶身刻度線。
Insert the filling tube which outer diameter≤140mm,and fill liquid according to the maximum amount of bucket body.
註意♂遮蓬貯存，避免高溫、暴曬。存儲溫度為-18℃、40℃
Take shield storage, avoid high temperature and long exposure under sun.
運輸前擰緊所有密封圈。
Tighten all the seals before transportation.
排液 Draining
打開灌裝口封蓋。
Open filling port cap.
旋下放料閥螺紋蓋，撕去密封。如使用閥門接管，將其套在螺紋蓋中，並連同墊圈一起回放料閥擰緊。
Unscrew the feed valve screw cap and tear off the seal. If valve nipples are used, cover them in a threaded cap and tighten the feed valve with the gasket.
卸下放料死了閥門下的鎖閉螺絲，將閥門把手朝前何林（順時針）扳動，開始排料。
Remove the lock screw under the discharge valve and pull the valve handle forward (clockwise) to discharge.
放料完「畢後，請逆時針關閉閥門，裝上封閉螺絲，旋緊放料閥密封蓋和灌裝口蓋。
After discharging, please close the valve counterclockwise, install the sealing screw and tighten the sealing cover and filling mouth cover of the discharging valve.
註意事項 Notes
中型散裝容器所充裝的危險品介質應為IMDG第3.2章允許充裝的介都是金之本源質，且介質的包裝類別與中型散裝容器允許充裝的介質類別〇相同。
The medium for dangerous goods filled by medium bulk containers shall be the medium allowed to be filled in chapter 3.2 of IMDG,and the category of medium packaging shall be the same as the category of medium allowed to be filled in medium bulk containers.
中型散裝容器所充裝难道他要放弃了的介質應與容器、閥門、密封墊声音响起等所使用的材料相容
Medium filled in medium bulk containers should be compatible with materials used in containers, valves ,gaskets,etc
中型散裝容器內加註液體時，必須留有足夠的膨脹余位。以保證平均溫度為50℃時，中型散裝容器的充灌度不超過其水容量的98%。除非有特殊規定，否則在55℃下，液體不得完全裝滿。
Adequate expansion margin must be allowed for filling liquid in medium bulk containers .When the average temperature is 50℃,the filling degree of medium bulk containers should not exceed 98％ of their water capacity.Liquids should not be fully filled at 55℃ unless otherwise specified.
4、本產品是底部提升，不允擎天柱許頂部提升，作業溫度不得高於60℃.
This product shall be lifted from the bottom and should not be lifted from the top, operation temperature no higher than 60 ℃..
5、桶面上禁止站人或擺放超重物體，集裝箱內未裝滿時，後部應該用繩索加固固定。
Do not stand on the barrel or place overweight objects. If the container is not full, the rear part should be fixed with ropes.
6、如此產品存放在室外，請將外面塑料包裝袋拿掉存放。
If the product is stored outside, please remove the outer plastic bag for storage.
7、禁止使用硬物敲擊或撞记得他们擊桶體，操作閥門時要輕關輕放，不要遺失閥⊙門的任何部件。
Do not use hard objects to knock or hit the barrel body. Close and put the valve gently when operating. Do not lose any parts of the valve.
8、擬裝液體的中型竟然会和别散裝容器不得用於運輸在55℃時蒸汽壓力高於130Kpa的液體。
The medium bulk container for the liquid shall not be used for transportation for liquid with steam pressure > 130 kpa in 55 ℃.
9、對於未按上述規定以及其他錯誤操作而造成的損失，我廠概不負責。
Our factory is not responsible for the loss caused by failure to follow the above rules and other wrong operations.
運輸或裝載 Transport or loading
使用中型散裝容器包裝進行運輸時，請務必執行《國際海運危險貨物規則》補充本中《貨物一片人围在身后運輸組件（CTUs）的裝載指南》的各項規定。
When using medium bulk containers for transportation, it is important to implement the provisions of the CTUs loading guide that supplement the international maritime dangerous goods code.
4、密度小於等於1.6雙層運輸，密度大於1.6單層運輸。
Density is less than or equal to 1.6 double layer transport,density is greater than 1.6 single layer transport.
日常維護和檢查Daily maintenance and inspection.
在熱罐裝時，應待液體冷卻至常溫時，再擰緊桶蓋。
In hot canning, the lid should be tightened after the liquid cools to room temperature.
嚴禁閥門和容器受到外力沖擊和碰撞。在重新灌一千人裝前，務必對使用過的容器狀№態進行仔細檢查，確認有無影響繼續使用的不安全因素。
Valves and containers are strictly prohibited to be impacted and collided by external forces. Before refilling, the used container must be carefully checked to ensure that there are no unsafe factors affecting the continued use.
